The $40 Wranglers That Look Hella Expensive

New York Magazine writer Simone Kitchens spotted these Wranglers in the women’s cowboy section of a Western shop in Oklahoma City. She was amazed by the fit and quality of the denim: “… these Wranglers could have passed for preserved ’70s deadstock.” But they cost only $35 at—actual ’70s deadstock would cost around three times that, and a luxury denim brand replicated the look would likely charge triple that again. Needless to say I’m sold on the Wranglers!
