I have several drawers filled with jeans, and they can become a little unruly. This was especially true in my pre-Konmari life, when I piled the pairs on top of each other and had to dig to find anything.
Now, things are much more orderly. The Konmari method involves, basically, folding your jeans in half lengthwise, then folding them in half, then into thirds. That way, they stand up on their own, and you can see everything!
