Three Ways to Wear Grey Denim

Grey is the new black. When it comes to denim at least. Alongside your one (or two or three …) pairs of staple black jeans should lie (or hang) a pair of grey skinny jeans. Refreshing is never the word I’d think of to describe grey denim but lately I’ve been craving a break from my go-to black jeans. The easy ones that go with everything, and you can style many different ways. Grey is the perfect alternative. Grey jeans are on trend, incredibly chic, and cool —  and there are a number of washes to choose from that the outfit options are endless. It always surprises me how many pairs of grey jeans I think I need!

Here are a few ways to style your grey denim this fall:

1. Make it pop: When it comes to grey denim, opportunity lies in your choice of accessory. And since grey is subtle,  you can make it pop when a pair of leopard pumps, a statement studded belt or a bold handbag. Get the look with 7 For All Mankind Skinny Jeans.

2. Tomboy Style: Throw on a boyfriend or fitted blazer, a relaxed button up, and high tops for a polished La Garconne look. Get the look with Siwy Ladonna Slim Jeans.

3. Tonal: I heart an all grey pairing. It’s fun to play with texture and throw on a silk grey blouse and patent loafers. Bold gold jewelry is an added bonus. Get the look with Genetic Denim Shya Stretch Jeans

I’ve been loving grey jeans as an alternative to black. I see a need for dark charcoal grey, mid grey and light grey. Finally there’s room for faded or distressed grey. I have more grey than black jeans as there are so many (50?) shades of grey.
