The Best Ripped Jeans for Fall

Based on the ubiquitousness of ripped and otherwise distressed jeans in fashion magazines, blogs, and on the streets, you might plausibly declare that grunge is back. But you don’t have to be grunge to wear ripped jeans! You can dress them up with a silk top and heels, you can make them sporty with a hoodie and vintage Nikes, or you can tie a flannel around your waist, don a pair of Dr. Martins and indeed go all in with the grunge look.

Whatever your distressed denim style might be, there are seemingly endless choices from slightly ripped to completely shredded. Here are some of my favorite jeans of the season because no matter what your style might be, a slouchy sweater half-tucked into torn jeans is a fall staple.
