Denim Review: The New ‘Paige Blue’

Back in September, I had the pleasure of checking out the new Spring / Summer collection from Paige Denim. At that time, the press also got a sneak peek at Paige’s new look, with re-designed logo that now encompasses both their men’s and women’s denim.

Along with this new look, Paige has also debuted a new hue – Paige Blue. It’s a rich, bold cobalt shade that’s perfectly on-trend with this fall’s colored denim craving, but guaranteed to still look smart and chic in seasons to come.

I’ve had these jeans for a little over a month now, and they seem to get better with every wear and wash. They have a comfortable, mid-rise waist and the leg opening hits the sweet spot: not too tight and with just a little ankle cleavage. My favorite feature? The perfect placement of the back pockets gives my rather unremarkable derriere a flattering, lifted shape. (My salt flats Paiges have the same effect.) These pants also have the stretch of a jegging but the thickness and standard 5-pocket detailing of actual jeans, making them perfect for tucking into boots when it gets colder.

I love the jeans Taylor – they look great! Definitely like a little ankle cleavage on my jeans – been turning mine up recently to get the look but getting a sewing machine for Christmas so I can shorten them properly 🙂
