Boyish Jeans Branches Out From Denim With a Sustainable T-Shirt Collection

Boyish Jeans, a Los Angeles brand we like because they are cute and they care, recently launched a sustainable 6-piece  T-shirt collection that includes tie-dye, plain white and colored tees, plus one that reads “cool to care.”  The tees will be available on July 24.

The collection is made of 100% certified organic cotton, and is dyed using Bluesign certified dyes. All production scraps will be recycled, making them zero-waste.

The style, called the “Dylan,” invokes the type of fitted tee you might find on Farah as she rides a skateboard  the 6-piece capsule of “Dylan” t-shirts is produced. The tees are priced at $48.

The brand says this is just the beginning of its plan to expand into other denim categories. For spring/summer 2020, look for a collection of knit soft goods, also made with organic cotton yarns blended with Refibra x Tencel recycled lyocell. Pieces will include more t-shirts, sweatshirts, shorts, pants, dresses and tops.
